Seller of subscriptions
The Mazaaal+ subscription can be bought through two channels, and the seller is not the same depending on where you subscribe.
- On the mazaaal.com website: the seller is Mordehai LTDA, whose details appear above. Payment is handled by Stripe.
- In the iOS application: the seller is Axel Mardoche Berdugo, an individual established in France, 26 avenue Montaigne, 75008 Paris. The subscription is an in-app purchase: Apple collects payment, invoices and refunds on his behalf, under the App Store terms.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (www.hetzner.com). Site data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
Service emails (sign-in, newsletter) are sent through Resend (resend.com). Payments made on the website are handled by Stripe (stripe.com). Subscriptions taken out in the iOS application are in-app purchases collected by Apple, whose status is reported to us by RevenueCat (revenuecat.com).
Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, study cards, exercises, illustrations, logo, visual identity) is an original creation of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Jewish tradition texts quoted or summarised belong to the common domain; their rewordings, translations and layouts are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
The name "Mazaaal" and its associated logo are the property of the publisher.
Reporting
To report an error in a piece of content, a technical problem, or content you believe to be unlawful, write to contact@mazaaal.com. Every report is read and handled.
Nature of the content
Mazaaal is a teaching tool. Its study cards present concepts together with their sources, and flag differences in practice without settling them. They replace neither study with a teacher nor consulting a rabbi on any question of personal practice.
